SMALL BUSINESS UNITS

THE PROJECT

The idea of creating SBU was developed in the West where it is known as 'Last Mile Logistics'. The growing popularity of this solution comes from the constantly intensifying need for fast and cheap transport of commodities. This is noticeable especially in e-commerce, which promotes delivery on the day of the purchase while keeping the costs of transport low. Providing these standards is possible only thanks to investments such as SBU. Citylink provides modern business facilities offering spaces which can be used for small city warehouses, light industry, or exhibition offices.

We combined the idea of small warehouses, offices and exhibition spaces into one facility. Citylink was created to meet the needs of tenants from industries such as:

LOCATION

Unlike most of warehouses and commercial parks, Citylink facilities are located in the city center (no more than 10 km from the center), not in the suburbs. Therefore, Citylink investments are always in close proximity to public transport, making them easily accessible. Each facility also includes a convenient parking lot.

SIZE

Most of our clients require quickly and easily accessible small storage areas - we adapt to their needs. We offer office areas from few sqm and storage spaces from 499 sqm². Thanks to modular building and a flexible architectural concept, there are many possibilities for changing the proportions of leasable space intended for different functions.

QUALITY OF EXECUTION

We use the latest architectural solutions. The most important factors for us are detail, the finishing, and aesthetics. The designs of particular investments were executed by the best architects. RH+ designed the Citylink Wroclaw Stadion and "Forma" Pracownia Projektowa Tomasz Knap was responsible for Citylink Lodz Olechow. We use only the best materials. All of the offices offered by Citylink are fully finished on request (carpets, painted walls, full electrical and lighting installation). We take care of everything, all you need is furniture and the office is ready to work in.
