Prior to joining Citylink, he was a legal advisor to companies belonging to the OBI group. Before that he had worked at the international law firm Lovells and as a partner at BSJP Brockhuis Schnell Jurczak Prusak. He has advised many international corporations, funds and banks on transaction in real estate worth multi milloions, as well as real estate leasing, financing and refinancing of investments.

Robert Pykacz has over 20 years of experience related to the implementation and supervision of commercial construction projects in Poland.
For the past 12 years he has been responsible for warehouses construction and logistics center investments. The most important projects in his portfolio include the Pomeranian Logistics Center with an area of about 100 hectares in Gdańsk, as well as the realization of warehouse and logistics facilities, among others for Whirlpool, Phillips, Yussen, Nissin, distribution centers for Intercars and Polomarket.
He carried out the construction of shopping centers of the Carrefour Group in Poland in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Szczecin, acting as Carrefour’s project manager, and gained construction and executive experience at the general contractor Bouygues Polska in the construction of office buildings - headquarters of Citibank, BRE Bank and Societe Generale in Warsaw.

Michał has over 20 years of experience in management, marketing and sales. He joined the team in 2016, and enriched it, among others in the field of: effective analysis of market opportunities, opportunities to improve marketing communication and clients' needs and to create new communication possibilities with partners and clients. He also brought his experience in developing new products and services as well as optimizing the processes of presenting and selling services.
During his professional career he built sales networks, organized advertising and promotional campaigns nationwide in cooperation with, among others Helios and Multikino multiplexes, TVN TV, magazines, issuer of the Euro26 card. He implemented new products and new distribution channels, including the cooperation with Pasaż Tesco or Polsat TV.
At Citylink, he is responsible for acquiring tenants, PR and marketing. He is also a key person in the implementation of investment projects.
Privately, he is passionate about travels, likes active rest, new technologies, psychology and personal development.
