Citylink Wrocław Stadion Warehouses obtain their first tenant – Dailfruits

Everyday for over 10 years, Dailyfruits has been delivering fruit and healthy snacks to Polish offices, companies and factories. They are  packed in aesthetic boxes and  go directly to company kitchens. In Wrocław, Dailyfruits needed less than 1,100m2 of warehouse space with the possibility of independly adapting to the construction of cold rooms with a variation of temperatures and office space. AXI IMMO advised the tenant on this transaction.

“We were looking for a warehouse more or less in this part of Wrocław. The key aspect here was a good connection with the bypass and easy access to the city. An additive for this location was the proximity of public transport stops, which would make it easier for employees to commute. Citylink’s advantage among other offers was also the fact that they offered corresponding surfaces in the developmental stage  and we could do several adaptations. Thanks to this, we’ve perfectly adapted the warehouse to our business processes. “- says Bartosz Krudysz, co-owner of Dailyfruits.

Citylink Wrocław Stadion is a warehouse, office and exhibition space that is being built next to the Wrocław bypass using the latest technologies. In total, the facility will provide tenants with a Surface area of over 10,500m2, with warehouse rental starting from 500m2. Another attractive feature is its location. Being near the city center and the facility’s adaptability to various industries makes Citylink Wrocław Stadion stand out from the Small Business Units competition.

“We are pleased that it was Dailyfruits that became our first tenant in Wrocław, because the company’s purpose and mission suited us very well, and the warehouse perfectly met the customer’s requirements. We were convinced that in terms of location and technical capabilities, our facility would be meet with consumer interest. Thanks to mutual understanding, Dailyfruits will receive from Citylink above-standard facilities that will minimize loading time, including a roofed and illuminated ramp for vans. In addition, the adaptation of electrical and sanitary installations will be included to optimize everyday operations. An expression of recognition and trust on the part of Dailyfruits is the signing of the contract for 6 years and a sparked interest in the possibility of extending cooperation to the Citylink Łódź facility, where construction will soon start. Many thanks goes out to AXI IMMO consulting company for the coordination and support they offered.
